Service Description
Congratulations on the arrival of your new born. So you've just been signed off by a GP or Pelvic Health professional and you're ready to get back to exercise. Depending on your birth and recovery we will begin to work on rebuilding core foundations whilst adding on layers of strength work. The demands on a new mums body are huge and i'm here to help keep you pain free while gaining strength, endurance and training for the demands of life! We will incorporate the pelvic floor, diaphragmatic breathing and the deep core muscles into big functional moves like squats and deadlifts. Ultimately my goal is to get you looking and feeling your best. Post natal training can take place at your chosen location.
