Pilates trains the body as an integrated whole, We focus on core, lower body, and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture while keeping your individual needs & goals in mind.
I am experienced in working along side physios through rehabbing injuries as well as working with the ageing population. Prevention is key and Pilates is low impact and beneficial for everyone.
