I've been working with Pre & Post natal mums since 2018. Whether pre or post natal i am here to offer safe and effective plans to help you stay fit, healthy and strong throughout.
There are so many benefits to training throughout this period and i know that learning how to adapt exercise as a new mum can feel intimidating. I'm here to guide and motivate you along the way. I provide an option of Personal Training right in your living room (Depending on Postcode). Alternatively i have access to a Studio in Chelsea and also offer Zoom sessions. I work in line with specialist physio recommendations and i will always offer a referral if desired.
