I've been working with Pre & Post natal mums since 2017. Whether pre or post natal I am here to offer safe and effective plans to help you stay fit, healthy and strong throughout.
The physical demands of motherhood are real and there are so many benefits to training specifically for these demands. We work and adapt throughout the trimesters. Learning how to adapt exercise as a new mum can feel intimidating. I'm here to guide and motivate you along the way. I work in line with up to date woman's health physio's recommendations. I have vast experience in working with diastasis recti and rehabbing the muscles back to optimal function post nataly.
