Service Description
Firstly a massive congratulations on your pregnancy! Whether this is your first pregnancy or not i'm sure you've been made aware of the benefits to exercising throughout your pregnancy! This is the time for adaptive and safe exercise to get you strong, comfortable and ready for the arrival of a newborn. We will work through primal movement patterns, safe core, balance and strength work as your bump grows we will adapt and change. I love working with new mums on this journey and i cant wait to work with you. Pre Natal training can take place at your chosen location.
